🔧 What You'll Do

  • Drive sales strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Research, generate, and qualify sales leads and prospective customers
  • Identify and document customer requirements
  • Prepare, submit, follow up on, and negotiate bid proposals
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing levels
  • Travel throughout assigned territory calling on existing and prospective clients
  • Maintain an active market presence through trade shows, associations, and industry events
  • Manage key accounts and develop new customer relationships
  • Manage a sales pipeline and develop new business sales plans

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Heavy Industrial Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience developing new business within construction-related firms
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (~50%)
