The London Borough of Enfield is seeking a dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join their committed and proactive ASB Team.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer-focused, driven to make a real difference to people's lives, and eager to help improve our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of ASB cases from first report to resolution, including progressing legal action when necessary.
* Adopt an incremental approach in line with statutory and legal frameworks.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments and external agencies to deliver effective outcomes.
* Identify and manage risk levels for all parties involved in each case.
* Attend partnership meetings, case conferences, and community engagement events.
* Provide support and signposting for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
* Maintain accurate, detailed case records.
* Support vulnerable residents and promote community cohesion.
Requirements:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-agency team.

* Enhanced DBS clearance.
