Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrative Officer in Slough. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working
The job:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the leader of the organisation including business co-ordination, dealing with all aspects of mail and correspondence; telephone queries; arranging meetings
- Receive and manage telephone calls and personal approaches in relation to services
- Draft replies to correspondence and undertake research tasks
- To prepare agenda, draft briefing papers, attend meetings and produce action notes for meetings
The candidate:
- Experience working in an administrative capacity is essential
- Experience working in a secretary / EA / PA capacity is desirable
- Experience working for a local authority is desirable
