Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to provide essential administrative support within Children's Services. This is a temporary, office-based role with varied responsibilities.

Key Duties:

  • Provide admin support across departments, including note/minute taking.
  • Process DBS applications and liaise with applicants.
  • Handle reception cover and office tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and applicants.

Requirements:

  • Experience in admin/operational support, ideally in public or children's services.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (MS Office).
  • Positive, adaptable, and reliable with excellent timekeeping.
