Estates Surveyor Contract

Responsible for:

• Assisting with the management of the commercial property portfolio including industrial, office, retail and agricultural.
• Dealing with matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, new lettings and other Landlord and Tenant matters.

Responsible for:

• Assisting with the management of the commercial property portfolio including industrial, office, retail and agricultural.
• Dealing with matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, new lettings and other Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Assisting with the rationalisation of the existing portfolio with a view to maximising the quality and quantity of land and property returns.
• Support of colleagues within the Estates team.
• Writing reports for Cabinet, Individual Cabinet Members, Committees and Project Boards.
• Undertaking site surveys, inspections and condition reports.
• Liaison with public utilities and other third party organisations.

Requirements:

• Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• 5 Years post qualification experience in commercial and domestic sectors.
• ive locally or willing to travel to the office/surrounding area when required for inspections etc
