Development Surveyor Contract

Novax recruitment are looking for a Development Surveyor to support the Operational team to identify, develop, progress and implement major projects.

Candidates are required to have a:

  • Professional qualification as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant subject.
  • A thorough understanding of land and property development.

Novax recruitment are looking for a Development Surveyor in Wrexham to support the Operational team to identify, develop, progress and implement major projects.

Candidates are required to have a:

  • Professional qualification as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant subject.
  • A thorough understanding of land and property development.
  • A thorough understanding of the process from identification of development opportunities to eventual sale.
  • Minimum equivalent of 3 years post qualification experience.
