Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Paralegal based in Thurrock. This is an initial 6 month contract with scope for extension.
We are looking for an property paralegal. This client is looking for a candidate who can start immediately. The client may offer hybrid working.
Experience/knowledge of:
– Commercial property matters, specifically disposals and associated documentation.
– Title checks
– Dealing with enquiries in relation to local, environmental and utilities searches and related agreements
– Dealing with enquiries in relation to compulsory purchase – Desirable
– Pre contract enquiries including CPSEs
– Lender’s requirements
– Title indemnity insurance
