Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking customer service agents based in Ashton-under-Lyne.
This role is a temporary contract with scope for extension offering full time hours. The role is fully office based.
Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer queries via phone and email, with a high first time resolution
- Maintain records and databases, inputting accurate information whilst adhering to GDPR
- Handling complex queries, issues, and escalating complaints if necessary
- Take payments over the phone as and when required
- Other ad hoc tasks required by management
Skills and experience required
- Contact/call centre experience in a previous role
- Strong communications experience
- Local Authority experience (preferred)
