An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEND Team Manager to work within Liverpool. The role of the post holder is to assist senior casework officers (EHCP) in decision making, regarding case work, advising staff regarding processes.
– To lead on recruitment of caseworkers and support staff within the SEND Team.
– To Problem solve and support managers and staff in resolving complex case works and complaints.
– Experience of managing staff is required.
– Extensive knowledge of EHC processes.
This role will be office based for part of the week with the opportunity to work from home for the rest of the week.
