We are looking for professional, qualified mechanic and MOT testers in the Bedfordshire area.
Your Team:
- The Fleet Team is made up of several distinct areas ranging from specialised transport for children and adults, driving assessments, risk assessments and project management. The CBC MOT service exists to provide MOT testing for CBC licensed drivers, CBC vehicles and members of the public
Your customers:
- Licensed private hire and mini cab drivers, members of the public, staff within the council
Your Role:
- A currently qualified mechanic and MOT tester with 4 years’ experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of CBC MOT test stations, working to the direction of the AEDM, participate and contribute to the management of Fleet Services.
- Maintenance of key performance indicators for Fleet management purposes, compliance with DVSA Special Notices, compliance with all DVSA inspection requirements.
