To provide building maintenance services for all non-housing property including reactive, legislative, planned and cyclical maintenance and to provide advice and support to the Design team on maintenance of new build, refurbishment and improvement schemes; to ensure that the Council’s non-housing property portfolio meets the requirements of service occupiers and all statutory regulations; and to be personally aware of and adhere to systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant Building Maintenance legislation.
