Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Human Resources Assistant based in Camden.

This is on a temporary basis working full time hours. The role is fully office based and our client requires an immediate start.

The primary focus of this role is processing and completing DBS checks for sponsors of Ukrainian refugees.

Other responsibilities include:

• To provide a professional, proactive compliance focused service to the organisation ensuring that services meet their statutory and legal obligations.
• To ensure the professional delivery of established compliance and administrative processes to support the organisation for DBS,BPSS and RTW
• To provide advice on DBS and other statutory recruitment compliance complying with the relevant legislation and the client’s legal obligations for DBS,BPSS and RTW
• Other ad-hoc HR assistant or administrative duties as directed by the service manager.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in processing and completing DBS applications, as well as knowledge of HR procedures. Anyone without this experience will not be considered.
