Business Support Officer / Recruitment officer
3 month contract
-Looking for a business support officer with main responsibility being recruitment.
-Administer the entire recruitment process from job advertisement through to issue of offer letter, contract, obtaining references and Disclosure and Barring Service checks ensuring each stage meets Key Performance Indicators set by the Council.
-Input to and maintain all records relating to employees employment on the HR/payroll computer system (Agresso), accurately within deadlines set and in accordance with the Data Protection Act working closely with T-HR & Payroll to ensure accurate and timely completion
-Provide advice and guidance to enquiries on the telephone, by letter and by email in a courteous and helpful manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
-IT Skills in the use of HR/Payroll Systems
-Two year’s experience of working in an office/customer service environment
-Experience of drafting and issuing contracts.
-Business Admin NVQ or similar.
-IT qualification e.g. ECDL/CL
