Payroll and Pension Consultant
Full time contract
6+ month contract
Hybrid – Kingston, London
£25 /hour

Responsibility:
-Work with payroll provider to ensure transfer of data and calculations align within new system (and within our policy)
-Support design and testing of new itrent payroll features and functions
-Review monthly payroll reports for each period to ensure any errors and issues are identified and rectified in line with timeline to process monthly payruns with payroll provider
-Review over/underpayments and support the processing of emergency payments in line with our policy
-Review payroll and expenses reports/processes and ensure they are reported correctly
-Supporting the processing of starters and leavers whilst new service goes lives
-Working with finance teams and Pension bodies to ensure return are on time and accurate (LGPS, TPS, NHS) Extensive experience using iTrent payroll system (essential)
-Extensive experience in Payroll and Pensions (essential)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills Ideally have system testing experience
-Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and in a team

Qualifications:
-Previous experience with Itrent
-Previous experience with payroll and/ or pension
