An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support my client’s work within complex support. service design and development, needs assessment and reviews of community contracts, tender development and review of the commissioning team functions.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Heads of Service to assess gaps in provisions
* Provide consistent contract monitoring and management
* You will be responsible for providing an analysis of roles across commissioning to identify areas of improvement
* Needs assessment collation and analysis of data for future service design.
To apply for this position, you will need to have experience of commissioning across Adult Social Care. You will also have excellent communication skills in order to work collaboratively with health, housing and support providers to advocate on behalf of the organisation and vulnerable adults. A true change and commission manager who can take onboard the vision of the organisation to ensure they succeed in achieving it’s aims.
