We are Looking for a Professional, skilled Arborist within the Preston region.

Experience:
* Experience of tree climbing and aerial tree operations
* Experience of tree pruning and felling
* Use of woodchippers and stump grinders

Qualification:
* City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Award in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting (Formerly CS30)
* City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Award in Ground Based Chainsaw Operator (Formerly CS30 & CS31)
* City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 Award in Tree Climbing and Rescue (Formerly CS38)
* City & Guilds NPTC Level 3 Award in Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw using free fall techniques (Formerly CS39)

Special requirements:
* Willingness to attend emergency call outs and possibly be required to be on a standby/call out rota
* To advise management if you are prescribed/take any medication which may affect your ability to undertake the duties of the post e.g. Beta-blockers which affect your ability to judge risk, or any medication which may cause drowsiness or specifies do not operate machinery.
* Current full driving licence.
