Commission structure

We are looking for a confident and enterprising Construction Consultant to join our lively team. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant with the right attitude.

Our consultants boast diverse backgrounds, including Business development managers, bar staff, customer service agents, recruitment, sales and graduates. With the right personality, skills and attitude; our supportive environment and uncapped commission structure will see you grow into a successful consultant who enjoys the financial rewards associated with success.

Successful applicants will have a strong will to succeed with experience in one of the following;

• Recruitment Consulting or Resourcing
• Sales Professionals
• Call Centre experience
• Graduates

We are based In a professional new-look office on Altrincham business park with parking on-site and enjoy excellent public transport links.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for sourcing new candidates for roles. You must be a driven self-starter as this is the tough part of the job.
you will be assisting in resourcing a very busy established desk.
As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence and own your recruitment processes from end to end.
