Role – Graduate Structural Engineer

PAYE – £25,000-£30,000

Willing to consider a hybrid home working/office based role for the right person

Company description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Structural Engineer to become part of our client’s engineering team. Full training will be provided to cover all sides of the business.

Duties

• To work with senior engineers with project designs from commencement to completion
• Liaise with all internal departments (Drawing Office, Fabrication, Erection, etc)
• Liaise with all members of design team (Engineer, Architect, etc)
• Ability to explain calculations to various stakeholders with different knowledge levels
• Attend meetings with clients and construction professionals ass required

The Candidate

• Must have the permanent right to live and work in the UK
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• A Level Maths
• A good understanding of structural principles
• CAD experience (Tekla experience advantageous)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and strategic skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
