Production Foreman Permanent
We are looking for a Production foreman to lead an established team in a large structural steel workshop. This will be a great role for someone who has management experience or has management qualities and is looking to step into the position.
Salary
£30,000-£45,000 per annum
Job Description
- Daily planning of workflow.
- Allocate type of work to various areas of the production facility.
- Assisting work where necessary for fabrication/welding/routing.
- Motivate the workforce.
Skills
- Good communicator with shop floor and production management.
- Strong H&S ethic.
- Strong planning knowledge.
- 20 years’ experience in a fabrication, welding or machine shop background.
- Can deal with shop floor personnel discipline.
