Due to our growing portfolio of work we are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic Principal Designers with experience in leading on projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team. Projects range from £500k to £500m+ across multiple sectors.

Due to our growing portfolio of work we are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic Principal Designers with experience in leading on projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team. Projects range from £500k to £500m+ across multiple sectors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Preferably degree qualified in a design or construction management related subject
* Previous experience in a construction related role, e.g. engineer, architect etc
* Experience in delivering Principal Designer services in compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Able to work on own initiative
* Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
* Strong communication skills with experience working in a client focused environment
* Preferred- CMaPS qualification with the APS
* Preferred- NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Principal Designer and CDM Advisor for compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Looking for an enthusiastic, strong, stand-alone candidate who can hit the ground running in running projects of varying size and complexity, whilst also working within a larger team.

Candidates should have a design and/or construction background, with at least a degree in a construction related discipline. They don’t like people who have purely worked in a PD/CDM role- they should have held a previous construction role in the construction industry – i.e. engineer. They then should have had minimum 5 years delivering PD services.
