NEC Project Manager Contract
- Liverpool City Council have appointed AECOM, AMEY & MOTTS to provide contract administration support to the Council to manage the HIP programme.
- Working with the client and the contractors design team, the NEC PM will provide contract support to deliver what are primarily highway maintenance jobs (reconstruction, resurfacing).
- If the NEC PM has worked as the NEC PM on an Option C D&B contract this is desirable.
- Site based – part time (2-3 days per week) Then working from home.
- LCC could take someone full time also as there is plenty of work in the pipeline.
- Role is inside IR35
- Rates are negotiable.
- Start date late Feb/early March – can accommodate earlier start also.
