Salary: £65,000-£70,000 + Car

The Company:

We have an exciting opportunity to work on a number of projects for a structural steelwork company.

The person:

This would suit someone with strong leadership and management abilities. Have a good understand and have worked in the structural steel markets.

Responsibilities:

• preparation of proposals
• assigning enquiries to the team
• assisting in post tender negotiations
• develop tender strategies
• report the on progress through the wider business
• developing and maintaining commercial and technical contacts with clients, engineers, client’s representatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge and experience of the technical elements of the structural steel fabrication and installation industry.
• At least 5 years’ experience of in estimating within the steel industry.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams of estimators
