Our client is looking for a foreman / Team leader for installation crews across the state. This position would suit an experienced Team leader who has worked at a Misc metals company. Or an aspiring senior installer looking to take the plunge into a more senior position.

Summary
Provide Leadership skills for the Installation of Stairs, Rails and Miscellaneous metals. Instruct and Organize crew’s, tools, materials, and equipment.

Duties
* Provide Leadership skills vital for the installation of Stairs, Rails and Misc. Metals.
* Coordinate Daily activities with G.C.
* Read and layout in accordance with blueprints.
* Instruct and Organize crew’s, tools, materials and installation of Stairs, Rails, and Miscellaneous Metals.
* Ensure crew members have proper certifications and are qualified to operate equipment and or tools.
* File incident reports as necessary to report any observed safety violations or situations that may affect the safety of any crew member or other tradesmen.
* Attend Job-site meetings, (Foremen’s, Safety and or production meetings)
* Properly represent the company in company and customer meetings and communications.
* Inform Project manager and Field Manager of potential delays that would impact schedules.
* Ensure that finished project exceeds the high-quality standards.
