PAYE – £35,000 – £40,000

Company Description

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with Construction experience to join their team.

Duties

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of site staff.
• Oversee and manage sites for the duration or the project.
• Site surveys and inspections.
• Maintain an understanding of the company’s targets and objectives while ensuring these meet our customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring that staff on site comply with health & safety plus standard operating procedures.
• Develop new business and enquiries.
• Must be willing to travel and stay away up to 4 nights per week.
• Customer service.

Experience/Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS card (Essential)
• Construction experience is essential
