Multi Skilled Engineer – (Electrical Engineer Bias) Permanent

Working hours 8:00AM- 17:00PM
£100 on call fee
Main site 1 Brick Lane

Sites may need to cover 4 Milbank, Stonecross House Brentwood

Travel from Brick Lane to other sites will be paid

Role Overview

In your new role as a mobile Electrical/Multiskilled engineer, we are looking for Engineer with good customer service skills, to be based at 1 Brick Lane/Sky. You may also have to cover other sites if required.

You will be working alongside another engineers on site, as well as reporting into your manager.

Duties and Responsibilities for an Electrical/Multiskilled Engineer:

• Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
• Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
• Carry out modifications and installations when required
• Carry AHU and FCU maintenance
• Monitor BMS/Adjust set points if required
• Keep Water logbook records up to date
• Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
• Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
• Liaise with client/management.

What we are looking for

The Electrical Engineer will need City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent, 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations and experience using a range of maintenance equipment. Basic mechanical / plumbing knowledge is essential
