Electrical Design Engineer Contract

Novax recruitment are hiring an Electrical Design Engineer based in sunderland.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To undertake surveys of electrical services installations in buildings.
• To provide a comprehensive electrical design service for internal and external clients.
• To project manage single disciplinary electrical installations such as lighting, fire/intruder alarms, UPS, emergency lighting and other electrical related schemes.

Essential Criteria

• The skills and ability to use Auto-Cad drawing software.

• A minimum of HND or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a building services electrical role.

• A sound knowledge of designing building services and renewable energy systems.

• A sound knowledge of building services defects along with the ability to identify or diagnose the causes and recommend appropriate repair and remedial works.
